B-complex vitamins help keep skin and blood cells healthy as well as convert nutrients into energy.

Calcium helps promote healthy bones and the normal functioning of muscles, nerves and cells in the body.
Hydroxo B12
Vitamin B12 is essential to replace what is lost in menstrual flow, and it helps to reduce heavy periods by stabilizing hormones levels
Hydroxo B12 is designed to help treat low levels of Vitamin B12, as well as promote healthy brain function, blood, cells and nerves.
Magnesium Chloride
Numerous studies show that magnesium will help treat menstrual-related issues including improving premenstrual moods, decreasing menstrual cramp pain, reducing water retention and cutting migraine frequency.
It works by relaxing the smooth muscle of the uterus and by reducing the prostaglandins that cause period pain

What’s Inside?

B-Complex Vitamins & B12
Aid in hormone production by increasing levels of progesterone and strengthening the uterine lining to support conception. Higher levels of B12 and Folate can enhance fertility by supporting egg quality, ovulation, and implantation.
Mineral Blend/ Selenium/Zinc
Helps promote healthy follicles in the ovaries and maintains health of follicular fluid surrounding the eggs. It can protect against miscarriages and birth defects associated with DNA damage.
Zinc plays a role in fertility as it helps regulate female hormone function, ovulation, and cell division. It is required for the body to produce mature eggs that are able to be fertilized. Zinc plays a critical role in sperm development and can help protect sperm from damage. Zinc supports fertility by regulating hormone functions, cell division and ovulation. Despite being essential, our bodies do not store zinc, so it can be required to take zinc supplements. Zinc deficiencies are linked to lower sperm quality and taking more time to conceive.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps support the immune system during preconception. It increases iron absorption and reduces cellular damage, both of which are important aspects of fertility. Vitamin C also increases progesterone production and can trigger ovulation in women.
Glutathione
In women, glutathione helps protect the eggs from damage that can be caused by oxidative stress during folliculogenesis. Research has shown that oocytes with higher levels of glutathione produced healthier embryos. A deficiency in glutathione is associated with premature ovarian aging.
Amino Acid
These amino acids mediate metabolic pathways for development, lactation and reproduction. Functional amino acids are to be used to alleviate and control intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) and infertility problems
Lipotropic IM Shot
What’s Inside?

Frequency: 1x/week
Inositol
Inositol plays a significant role in fertility
Positive effects on the modulation of female metabolic and reproductive pathways
Restores the function of the ovaries and metabolic balance
Improves the ovarian function of women trying to conceive through assisted reproductive technology
Methionine
Methionine supplementation improves reproductive performance, antioxidant status, immunity and maternal antibody transmission
Choline
Research indicates that Choline is involved with all stages of early reproduction, from basic fertility and egg health, to specifically supporting fertilization and implantation.
Thiamine
A major factor in infertility and fetal loss (miscarriage) is poor-quality oocytes with chromosome and spindle abnormalities. Thiamine has been proven to improve quality of oocytes and decrease risk of infertility and fetal loss.
Riboflavin (B6)
Supports healthy and regular menstrual cycles – which makes it easier for you to track your ovulation periods and make your uterus more receptive to pregnancy.
Vitamin B6 benefits start with its contributions to the luteal phase of your ovulation cycle. Your luteal phase is the second half of your menstrual cycle. The luteal phase begins after ovulation and ends on the first day of your period. You’ll need your luteal phase at least 12 days to sustain early pregnancy. If you have a short luteal phase, which is also known as LPD (luteal phase defect), you may struggle to carry out an early pregnancy. This is from low levels of progesterone and not enough uterine lining.

Some of the ways Vitamin B6 impacts your fertility levels are:
Vitamin B6 maintains low levels of homocysteine: Homocysteine is an amino acid that, when tested for and shown in high levels, is usually an indication that you’re not getting enough vitamin B12, B6, or Folate in your diet. Having low levels of Vitamin B6 can also impact your egg quality.
Vitamin B6 increases cervical mucus: Cervical mucus is crucial since it transports sperm to the egg. Not only that, it helps nourish and protect both the egg and the sperm. Vitamin B6 helps create more cervical mucus and helps move sperm to the right places.
Vitamin B6 supports your menstrual cycle: If you can find a way to make your ovulation tracking easier, you take it. As mentioned before, it helps your luteal phase, when your uterus is more receptive to pregnancy.
Vitamin B6 helps with optimal progesterone levels: An essential hormone is a progesterone, which Vitamin B6 can raise. Progesterone is a hormone released by your ovaries to regulate your menstrual cycle. A great thing to have while preparing for pregnancy.
